As our Dropship Supplier Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining new and existing wholesale business and vendor relationships to expand the CS dropship ecosystem. You will identify potential wholesale and dropship suppliers, create proposals to pitch these relationships to decision-makers and oversee negotiations once a partnership is secured. You will report to the Senior Director of Partnerships. Our team is dynamic, accountable, and can quickly adapt to change in today’s business environment.

In this role, you will

  • Contact suppliers to pitch the opportunity of partnering with CS

  • Cultivate business relationships, and create solutions as you build your lead pipeline of wholesale supply vendors in the women’s fashion and beauty industry

  • Negotiate optimal supplier agreements to drive mutually beneficial partnerships with new suppliers

  • Attend trade shows, wholesale markets, and supplier meetings

  • Use data to analyze and interpret your categorids’ and suppliers’ landscape

  • Competitive analysis and market trend 

If you’re right for this role, you

  • Have at least 3+ years’ of professional experience in sales or eCommerce and a proven track record of reaching or exceeding your targets

  • Have demonstrated success in building business relationships with internal and external stakeholders 

  • You have previously demonstrated the ability to lead successful commercial and contractual negotiations

  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on vendor/commercial experience

  • You are comfortable in a technology-driven, numbers-oriented business environment

  • You have demonstrated ability to work within a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment

  • You have a strong process orientation and have an efficient and self-organized way of working

Base Comp Range: $85,000 - $100,000 (Depending on experience and level) / Bonus Potential
