Position Overview

We are seeking a bilingual (English–Spanish) and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our expanding network of attorneys and clients. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and clear communication across both languages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and portal messages from attorneys, case managers, and clients in both English and Spanish.

  • Assist law firms with portal setup, client enrollment, and pharmacy card activation.

  • Support clients with questions about billing, invoices, and service access.

  • Accurately document communications and follow-up actions within our CRM.

  • Collaborate with the team to ensure prompt case resolutions.

  • Assist with Spanish communication and assist with Spanish-language documentation when needed.

  • Deliver professional, courteous, and empathetic support aligned with CreoRx’s values of integrity and service.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) — written and verbal fluency required.

  • Excellent written English skills —C1/C2 level (grammar, spelling, and clarity are essential).

  • Reliable computer and fast, stable internet connection (required).

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred).

  • 3+ years of customer service experience (healthcare, pharmacy, or legal field preferred).

  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency with web-based systems, CRMs, and Microsoft Office.

  • Professional, dependable, and self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
