Senior Product Designer

Crowdbotics is looking for a user and business-centric Product Designer to help deliver an exceptional product experience for our customers. We are seeking a collaborative Product Designer with experience delivering great design at B2B SaaS companies.

Responsibilities:

• Deeply understand customer problems and workflows through continuous discovery practices.

• Work with the design team to develop a compelling design vision for our platform based on customer and stakeholder insights.

• Translate new opportunities that align with our business goals through creative research methods and collaborative ideation, influencing the product roadmap.

• Participate in every step of the product development process, working closely with engineering, product management, and customer success to deliver high-quality and thoughtful experiences.

• Plan and conduct user research, including interviews and usability studies.

• Analyze user feedback and behavior to identify pain points and opportunities.

• Generate improvements for the product, focusing on KPIs, user impact, and development time.

• Present detailed findings and recommendations to various stakeholders in collaboration with the product design and management team.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in product design within a high-paced, agile software-as-a-service environment, preferably in the B2B space.

• Demonstrated experience with continuous discovery practices, including delivering constant insight to design and product teams.

• Expertise in turning sophisticated business problems into simple, engaging products.

• Strong skills in interaction and visual design.

• Capable of rapidly prototyping interactions at various levels of resolution.

• Knowledge of modern web UI patterns.

• Experience using and contributing to design systems.

• Proficiency in standard UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, or Balsamiq.

• Ability to communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions clearly and effectively to teams and clients.

• A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking.

• Ability to work effectively in a team setting, including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.

Additional attributes that would be beneficial:

• Experience with remote work.

• Previous experience designing mobile or web app development applications for technical and non-technical users.
