Business Development Manager France, Benelux, Switzerland M/F


This role is fully remote, you can be located anywhere in Europe.

Platform teams design, build and run the platform enabling end-users to visualize and deploy existing and new projects, interact with cutting-edge DevOps and Cloud automation without the need to become an expert, while keeping best practices in place, cloud expenses under control with a minimum carbon footprint.

Cycloid, a sustainable engineering platform, provides a frictionless self-service portal with modules around Self-service portail and orchestration, infrastructures and ressources management and FinOps and GreenOps.

As an Enterprise Business Development Manager, you will:

  • Be the product ambassador to our prospects

  • Participate in the definition of the company's commercial policy with the team

  • Participate in the improvement of business processes

  • Participate in the recruitment of your teammates

  • Participate in the construction of the corporate culture of Cycloid

  • Promote the image and reputation of the company

  • Communicate the value of Cycloid and help customers understand how our platform is beneficial

  • Contribute to the development of the Cycloid pipeline with a proactive hunting approach: LinkedIn, Cycloid database, newspapers, networks, etc.

  • Follow the entire sales cycle: prospecting, pipeline, negotiation, and, of course, closing.

  • Work hand in hand with Sales, Partners, Marketing, Pre-sales, Product and Technical teams to provide them with customer needs and product feedback, o fuel the product roadmap

  • Analyze market developments and competitive offers in order to constantly adapt your understanding of the market and adapt your discourse. 

We are looking for talents who are driven by the needs of customers, who think that a business developer is much more than a salesman but the bridgehead, a player who is a driving force in terms of both products and services, who knows how to feel the new trends.

We are looking for talents who are driven by the spirit of convincing, of winning without doing so to the detriment of others. Someone who enjoys the challenge that comes with being a Business Developer.

You wish to :

  • work with top key accounts in South Europe especially France, Benelux, Switzerland.

  • Contribute to trade acceleration: Sky is the limit, everything is to be built

  • Work on complex projects with very high potential

  • Create a relationship of trust with clients and third parties: Cloud provider, ESN, Integrators, Managed Services Providers

  • Work in an empowering approach beyond the sales functions: recruitment of employees, the collective definition of the Go to market strategy, definition of the sales/product strategy, project follow-up, etc.

  • Be part of a company with international ambitions in a market with explosive potential

  • Contribute to a new company culture


Motivated by a new way of working in a company that gives you freedom on the way you work and also how you approach topics, you believe in contributing to the development of the company commercially but also internally by taking part in building the company culture. You enjoy the difficulty that comes with sales and is able to deal with them accordingly. As such you can provide:

  • A conclusive experience of more than 5+ years in IT editors in France, Benelux or Switzerland having managed average baskets around €250 000 ARR and +.

  • A true hunter mindset and a great network on CTO, CIO, lead DevOps, Lead Infra, Lead Dev

  • A desire, proven experience, and ability to work with CAC40 & key accounts

  • A preference for working within an international team and fluency in French and English.

The variable plan is not limited, 50% fix, 50% variable with an acceleration plan.
