DappRadar, a leading Web3 discovery platform, is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Social Media Manager to join our Marketing team. You will play an important role in shaping our social media presence and driving engagement with our rapidly growing community. We are looking for someone very passionate about the Web3 ecosystem, and who can effectively communicate our mission and value proposition across various social media channels.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a complete social media plan to strengthen DappRadar's online presence and raise our brand in the web3 ecosystem.

• Create attractive and shareable content, including informative and insightful posts based on our data, engaging visuals, and captivating videos that connect with our target audience and showcase our expertise in the Web3 space.

• Proactively monitor social media trends, new platforms, and best practices in the Web3 space, and apply this knowledge to improve our social media plan and content creation efforts.

• Creating and/or developing DappRadar’s presence in Web3 native social platforms like DistrictOne, Lens Protocol, Warpcaster, etc.

• Build and maintain relationships with our community members, industry influencers, and key stakeholders by engaging with their social media posts in a timely and authentic manner.

• Work closely with different teams to align social media efforts with broader company goals and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

• Continuously analyze social media metrics and insights to measure the impact of our social media efforts, identify areas for improvement, and generate data-driven recommendations for optimizing engagement and reach.

• Stay updated with the latest developments, trends, and innovations in Web3 and decentralized applications (dapps), and effectively communicate these advancements to our audience through engaging social media content.

Requirements:

• Understanding of Web3, blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized applications (dapps).

• Proficiency in English, with strong grammatical knowledge.

• Proven track record of 2+ years in successfully managing social media platforms, amazing if in the Web3 space.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong ability to craft engaging and impactful content.

• Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software.

• Self-motivated and results-driven mindset, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with different teams.
