We’re a fast-moving NYC-based startup building tools at the intersection of real estate and email technology. Every few days, we’re booking dozens of meetings, managing conversations with hundreds of leads, and running complex, detail-heavy workflows under serious deadline pressure. We need someone sharp, reliable, and proactive to help us stay ahead—and grow with us.

This is a hybrid role that blends admin execution and sales-oriented outreach. One moment you’ll be organizing data in spreadsheets, the next you’ll be nudging warm leads to book a meeting. You’ll need to be both precise and persuasive—able to read the room, follow through, and keep the engine running.

What you’ll be doing

  • Following up with warm leads via email and text to encourage meeting bookings

  • Managing inboxes, updating spreadsheets, and tracking responses across multiple systems

  • Monitoring and prioritizing dozens of conversations and follow-ups

  • Supporting high-volume outreach workflows under tight deadlines

  • Helping triage tasks and keep internal processes running smoothly

What we’re looking for

  • Excellent written and spoken English

  • Comfort juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

  • Confidence in communicating with leads and prospects—warm outreach, not cold

  • Great attention to detail and follow-through

  • Experience working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment

  • A bit of sales or client communication intuition—even if that’s not your primary background

Bonus points if you have

  • Experience working with CRM or outreach tools

  • Familiarity with real estate or proptech

  • Interest in AI tools or automation

  • Startup or small-team experience
