Product Marketing Manager

About Dawnguard

Dawnguard’s mission is to redefine cybersecurity with a platform that enables true shift-left security—from day zero to day 10,000.
We embed security directly into system architecture, before a single line of code is written. Our AI-powered platform automates design validation and generates production-ready Infrastructure as Code (IaC) across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

At Dawnguard, we believe security should be proactive, collaborative, and cloud-native. We’re rewriting the DNA of cybersecurity—driven by curiosity, integrity, and resilience.

We start with real customer problems—no tech for tech’s sake. We speak with honesty, even when it’s hard. We think independently, challenge assumptions, and welcome bold ideas that push us forward. We break things to understand them, then build something better. And when we see a problem, we own it.

If that sounds like you, let’s talk.

The Role

We’re hiring a Product Marketing Manager to shape Dawnguard’s story across our two core regions: Europe and the United States
The role is fully based in the EU, but the scope is global, supporting GTM, messaging, launches, and content for both markets.

You will help define who we are in the minds of cloud, security, and DevSecOps buyers—from ICP insights to differentiated messaging, competitive narratives, launches, and sales enablement. This is a hands‑on PMM role where you will research, build, write, collaborate, and execute alongside founders, product, engineering, sales, and customer success.

Responsibilities:

  • Build crisp, differentiated messaging based on ICP, regional needs, and Dawnguard’s value pillars.

  • Maintain competitive intelligence and help the field position Dawnguard against alternatives in EU & US contexts.

  • Lead PMM responsibilities in feature launches and cross‑functional GTM initiatives.

  • Partner with product and founders to create briefs, launch plans, and customer-facing assets.

  • Support segmented campaigns, ABM programs, and localized GTM motions for EU & US.

  • Conduct ongoing buyer and market research across both regions.

  • Translate insights into messaging updates, content recommendations, and GTM adjustments.

  • Produce high‑quality content: solution briefs, one-pagers, ROI assets, battlecards, competitive guides, case studies, web copy.

  • Enable Sales and CS with regionalized messaging, talk tracks, and objection handling.

  • Work with growth/revenue to evaluate the performance of messaging and assets.

  • Continuously improve narratives based on win‑loss insights, customer interviews, and campaign results.

Qualifications

  • 3–7+ years in Product Marketing or similar GTM roles within SaaS.

  • Experience supporting enterprise, technical, or security products.

  • Strong storyteller with excellent writing skills.

  • Clear understanding of (or appetite to learn) cloud, security, or AI concepts.

  • Ability to tailor messaging to multiple markets (EU + US) based on buyer nuance.

  • Comfort working with founders, product teams, technical teams, and sales.

  • Bonus: Cybersecurity or infrastructure background (big plus).

  • Bonus: Experience with ABM tactics or analyst relations.

  • Bonus: Prior startup experience.

  • Bonus: Ability to collaborate on light visuals (Figma) with design partners.

What You’ll Get

  • Competitive salary and equity package

  • Flexible working hours and remote setup

  • Unlimited PTO

  • Opportunity to shape category‑defining messaging across two continents
