Global Social Media Analyst

Dentons has an exciting opportunity for a Global Social Media Analyst. This position will report to the Senior Manager, Global Social Media Storytelling, and interface with key stakeholders and teams to focus on employee engagement and external media storytelling to enhance and protect the Dentons brand.

This role supports our communications activities across the Firm at the Global level, advancing Firmwide strategic priorities. The role is multi-faceted and intersects executive, internal, external, and crisis communications.

Requirements

·       Develop engaging, creative, innovative, high-quality content across LinkedIn, X and Instagram.

·       Help develop and deliver social media plans.

·       Monitor the firm's social media accounts and ensure brand consistency in all social media messaging.

·       Leverage platform features to create relevant and versatile content to engage target audiences, promote our brand and drive engagement.

·       Report and analyse the performance of social media campaigns and provide insights on performance metrics.

·       Monitor and develop reports on competitor activity across social media channels.

·       Remain aware of social media trends and new platform technicalities to inform and optimize the Firm’s content/performance. 

·       Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines. 

About You:

·       Previous work experience as a Social Media Analyst, Social Media Coordinator or similar role (1-2 years).

·   Proficient in using social media analytics tools, such as LinkedIn Analytics

·       Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.

·       Show a strong understanding of the social media environment and awareness of trends, products and services that drive value and business growth.

·       Outstanding writing, proofreading and editing skills and specifically the ability to write pithy, succinct and compelling prose.

·       As appropriate, ability to be discreet and professional as relates to confidential information.

·       Excellent communication skills and able to work collaboratively across the Firm.

·       Ability to thrive under pressure and be able to own multiple projects simultaneously.

·       Ability to engage with colleagues across all levels of the Firm and to represent the Global Communications team to internal and external parties.

·       Willingness to assimilate to the pace quickly and remain flexible.

·       Proactive and able to remain calm under pressure.
