Executive Client Partner

We’re looking for an experienced Client Partner who will take the reins of our Global Microsoft Portfolio, bringing strategic vision and execution excellence. This pivotal role is not just about managing accounts; it's about expanding our reach and deepening our relationships at the highest levels. You'll be at the forefront, ensuring our clients' experiences with Designit are not just satisfactory, but exemplary, setting the stage for a long-term partnership.

What you will do: 

  • Set the strategic direction of the Global Microsoft Portfolio, build, and maintain strong relationships with clients, deliver solutions, and drive sales. 

  • Define a growth strategy and oversee portfolio growth and diversification, program delivery, and account operations teams to ensure success across the global portfolio. 

  • Be responsible for the profitability of our Global Microsoft Portfolio (revenue and margin goals) with annual revenue targets of $45M-$55M. 

  • Lead a cross-functional team of Senior Account Managers, Delivery Managers and Practice Leads to translate client needs into thoughtfully scoped proposals, SOW’s and other customized content that differentiates our approach and expertise from the competition. 

  • Act as the escalation point / senior account relationship management.

  • Develop and maintain key relationships with client management throughout projects while establishing expectations of value to be delivered. 

  • Responsible for annual portfolio planning development, general business rhythms for internal reporting and exec-level communication for the global portfolio inclusive of revenue, margin, key wins, new strategic initiatives, budgets and planning. 

  • Effectively present and communicate to senior and executive level audiences (both client and internal) on complex projects. 

  • Solicit feedback from clients on services, team members and work issues. 

  • Review key business opportunities and related agreements, engage with internal and outside counsel and lead key negotiations. 

  • Nurture and grow partnerships with procurement teams expanding and deepening relationships.

  • Be a close advisor to prospective clients and demonstrate expert category knowledge. 

What you will bring: 

  • 15+ years of proven success in selling complex customer experience enterprise solutions within the technology sector; ideally much of the experience working within Microsoft as an account.

  • 12+ years of experience leading accounts and/or business development team(s) with diverse client portfolios. 

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective business, sales, & vertical market plans as well as shown success in negotiating & closing complex deals. 

  • Ability to maintain a strong level of proficiency in all Designit customer experience solutions and digital marketing services, including solution positioning and customer value proposition.  

  • A strong track record of being regarded as a trusted business advisor to clients and the ability to go wide and deep within a key set of accounts. 

  • Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to manage ambiguity. 

  • Organic ability to effectively mobilize and motivate people across disciplines with the goal of directing them towards the common goal of winning new business. 

  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills. 

  • Empathetic, ambitious, hungry, self-starter with a passion for collaboration.

Compensation Range: Starting at $250,000+

This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is on the basis of evaluation during interview process, the candidates range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity.
