Social Media Manager - Instagram

Dexerto is looking for a Social Media Manager to join our social team. 

In this role you will be primarily responsible for running Dexerto Instagram account. This includes working closely with the editorial, social, and video teams to plan output for Dexerto's Instagram channel, writing and editing copy for posts, and publishing engaging content.

You’ll have 2-3 years experience of working in a social media role and be experienced working in a fast paced environment and extremely in touch with the content Dexerto covers, including gaming, entertainment, influencer, esports, and more.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the posting of content on Dexerto’s Instagram account

• Identify trending Dexerto.com stories that should be shared across Instagram

• Work cross functionally with Dexerto’s editorial, social, video, & commercial teams to ensure relevant content is being posted

• Engage with Dexerto’s audience across Instagram 

• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends

Requirements: 

• Extensive knowledge of content that Dexerto covers required 

• Copywriting experience 

• 2+ years experience in Social Media 

• Ability to work independently & multi-tasking

• Experience with social media tools & platforms 

• Ability to work on weekends as needed
