Activation Assistant - Costa Rica

The Role: Must be based in Costa Rica 

The Activation Assistant’s role is to support social media campaign execution by focusing on campaign shortlisting, critical data entry and other administrative duties as needed.

The Role Responsibilities:

  • Source appropriate creators tailored to each campaign via DV’s third party creator sourcing platform Captiv8

  • Perform creator safety checks via the Captiv8 platform and through various online sources

  • Draft creator bios

  • Enter campaign data into DV’s proprietary campaign management system Chord

  • Maintain accurate data entry of campaign performance results

  • Other administrative duties as needed

  • Fully engage in the company culture and think about the future of Digital Voices

The Must-Haves:

  • Fluent in English - main working language at DV

  • Passionate about Social Media and Influencer Marketing

  • Basic knowledge of creators and social media platforms

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Impressive organisational skills

  • Sense of urgency around deliverables

  • Confidence to work independently on a fast-paced campaign

The Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous industry experience in a digital marketing agency environment is desirable but not essential.
