The Role

Are you an expert in increasing conversion rates and optimizing landing pages? Do you thrive on finding creative solutions to complex problems? Are you obsessed with user experience and hacking growth at every turn? If so, Donorbox is looking for you!

As the Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Strategist, you’ll play a pivotal role in maximizing our website and email campaign performance. You’ll plan, implement, and analyze creative experiments to enhance user experience (UX), remove barriers to conversion, and improve online performance, ultimately driving more revenue.

Partnering with cross-functional teams, you’ll help us deliver an exceptional experience for new and existing customers. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of CRO initiatives and make an immediate impact.

Responsibilities

  • CRO Testing: Plan, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of optimization efforts on website and campaign performance, in addition to impact on sales pipeline.

  • Data Analysis: Identify areas for improvement by analyzing website traffic, user behavior, and conversion data from platforms like GA4, Hotjar, and Active Campaign.

  • Reporting: Regularly report on key metrics and insights.

  • UX Enhancement: Assess user behavior and uncover opportunities to improve UX and conversion rates across digital channels, including our website and customer email campaigns.

  • Collaboration: Partner with the Design, Marketing, and Development teams to create new landing pages, implement changes, and continuously improve. 

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, with a focus on growth hacking, landing page optimization, conversion rate optimization, or a related area.

  • Proven track record of driving successful growth initiatives.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing tools and data analysis platforms. Experience with Google Analytics and Hotjar is required.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

  • Creative, conscientious, and resourceful, with a passion for solving problems and thinking outside the box.

  • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, working independently and as part of a team.

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Experience working at or with a tech startup or nonprofit is a bonus.

Details

  • Fully remote based in Latin America

  • Strong preference for being able to work in EST or CST time zone

  • Salary: $15k- $25k USD per annum
