What You’ll Be Doing

We’re searching for a Social Media Manager who lives at the intersection of memes, markets, and momentum, a digital native who understands sports, gaming, casino, and prediction culture inside out.

You’ll grow and shape Duelbits’ social presence across multiple X (Twitter) accounts, Instagram, and Telegram, supported by a mix of in-house and external creative partners to drive community, creativity, and commercial growth.

Our social channels aren’t just for broadcasting, they’re where entertainment meets activation.
You’ll create engaging, culture-driven content that naturally integrates our offers, campaigns, and product launches, turning big moments into stories people want to watch, share, and act on.

This is about speed, consistency, and content innovation, keeping Duelbits one post, one trend, and one activation ahead of everyone else.

What You’ll Work On

1. Strategy & Buzz-Building

• Create and deliver social strategies that keep Duelbits ahead of the curve.

2. Content & Community

• Craft scroll-stopping posts, memes, and clips people actually want to share.
  

• Bring offers, giveaways, and launches to life in a way that feels native to each platform.
  

• Keep Telegram, Discord, and other communities active, fun, and on-brand.
  

• Turn real-time events (sports, crypto, culture) into Duelbits stories that drive clicks, chats, and conversions.
  

3. Creators & Collabs

• Team up with streamers, KOLs, and meme masters to make content that hits.
  

• Launch meme contests and community challenges that fuel organic growth.
  

• Blend creativity with measurable impact, viral but with purpose.
  

4. Insights & Innovation

• Track engagement, growth, and conversions, then use data to plan smarter.
  

• Share weekly wins, viral lessons, and new ideas for what’s next.
  

• Experiment fast, learn faster, and innovate constantly.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on social media experience in gaming, sports, crypto, or entertainment.
  

• Proven success growing high-engagement, multi-platform social accounts.
  

• Deep understanding of sports betting, casino marketing, and prediction markets.
  

• Crypto-native mindset, fluent in Web3 trends, meme culture, and digital communities.
  

• Strong creative instincts and copywriting ability, can shift from playful tone to promotional clarity.
  

• Experience managing content calendars, campaign distribution, and social reporting.
  

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills; able to work fluidly across internal and external teams.
