About The Role
The Team Lead Media Buyer is a client-facing role that is responsible for assisting the Accounts Coordinator while learning the skills necessary to take full ownership of clients and become an Operations Coordinator in the future. Starting from the onboarding stage, the Team Lead Media Buyer works closely with the production team and interfaces with our technical team to translate strategies into action and determine how best to implement Easton best practices to improve our clients' results.

Responsibilities
As the primary retention point of contact for a portfolio of new or existing client relationships, you will ensure that each client's scope of work is fully utilized monthly for a maximum return on investment. You will be the point of contact for client communications, questions, and concerns. You will manage multiple clients' expectations, strategies, budgets, and conversions, and you will be client-facing to speak to timing and deliverables, managing internal resources, and ensuring projects are on track to meet the deadline.
In addition to client management, you will perform one-on-one product training and one-to-many product webinars so our customers and prospects can learn how to use our services effectively. You will develop ad-hoc support and success collateral to help educate customers on how to use our services.
As the Team Lead Media Buyer, you will oversee a technical team to ensure superior campaigns service and deliverables. You will support and coach junior staff members through questions and guidance, coordinate and develop tasks, priorities, deliverables, and timelines with team stakeholders (internal and client) daily, and route all projects through the appropriate departments and approval. In the future, you will help train and onboard new team members.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of eCommerce, tracking and attribution, and the digital marketing industry. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) are necessary, and the ability to present plans confidently to both your team and your clients. You should love talking to customers and helping them find solutions to their questions and problems. You should excel at self-management and can keep yourself organized, productive, and motivated to hit your goals. A cool, calm, and collected approach to problem-solving is also essential.
Knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo, and Google Analytics is highly desirable, and previous agency experience is highly desirable.
