E-invoicing mandate is coming to France in September 2026 and we will be part of it! That is why we are looking for our first Business Development Representative in France to build longterm partnerships and ensure a smooth market entry in France.
You'll connect with the role if you enjoy...
proactively reaching out to new potential customers and pre-qualifying leads to ensure ecosio’s offering fits with the prospect’s needs
opening new markets from scratch
researching for important contact details, finding potential customers, generating initial touchpoints through social media, webinars, phone calls, email etc.
traveling on a 30-40% of your time (to events, fairs, company events etc)
coming up with new lead generation ideas and implementing them in cooperation with your team lead and your team
tracking all data in Salesforce on a regular basis, ensuring to follow up on your prospects accurately and building the necessary relationship
To connect with ecosio it is important to have…
1–2 years of experience in cold calling and strategic outreach within the SaaS industry
self initiative to exceed KPIs including outreach volume, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities
French (C2) and English fluent is a must. Additional languages such as German or Spanish are an advantage
comfortable navigating through changes in the company
the power of persuasion and the talent to quickly win over your counterpart
enthusiasm for technical topics
strong communication and organizational skills
And nice to have...
high level of self-confidence and drive
experience selling SaaS solutions to CFOs and Financial Directors
experience in EDI and e-invoicing
high resilience and tolerance for rejection
the ability to grasp IT concepts and technical contexts at a high level
