Full-Time AI-Powered Video Editor & Graphic Designer – U.S. DTC Women's Accessories Brand

We're a fast-growing women's fashion DTC brand in the U.S. market, looking for a full-time Video Editor & Graphic Designer who can own both video and static output β€” high-converting ads, campaign visuals, and branded content across all platforms.

We need someone who can cut a clean, scroll-stopping ad and design a killer static creative. Someone equally strong in traditional craft and AI-driven workflows β€” including generating content from scratch using AI. Both sides matter. We don't want an AI-only operator, and we don't want someone stuck in 2020 workflows.

Fair warning: we're extremely demanding. This is not a low-effort, coast-along kind of job. We move fast, we expect high volume and high quality, and we'll push you to produce your best work consistently. If that excites you β€” keep reading.

This is a hybrid role. You'll split your time between video editing and graphic design depending on campaign needs. If you're the type who's already doing both β€” this is your job.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing

  • Edit high-performing video ads for Meta, TikTok, and other platforms on a weekly basis.

  • Lead video production for sales campaigns (seasonal promotions, launches) β€” product showcases, short-form content, branded storytelling.

  • Adapt influencer/UGC content into polished ads, reels, and shorts optimized for performance.

  • Strong fundamentals: cutting, pacing, sound design, color, captions, hooks.

Static Ad Design

  • Design static ad creatives for Meta and other paid channels that stop the scroll and convert.

  • Create campaign visuals and promotional graphics aligned with brand identity.

  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual touchpoints β€” fonts, colors, layout systems.

AI-Driven Workflows (Video + Static)

  • Use AI tools to scale output, generate assets, clean audio, upscale footage, extend backgrounds, create variations, and compress turnaround times.

  • Generate full creatives from scratch using AI β€” video and static β€” when speed or creative exploration demands it.

  • Stay current on the latest AI tools for video and design. We expect you to know what's out there and how to use it at a professional level.

Cross-Cutting

  • Stay on top of video/design trends, winning ad formats, and competitor strategies.

  • Work closely with marketing & creative teams.

  • Maintain a cohesive visual identity across all assets.

What We're Looking For

  • Solid experience creating for DTC/e-commerce brands β€” strong portfolio of ads (video + static) and social content.

  • Strong fundamentals in both video editing (pacing, sound, storytelling) and graphic design (layout, typography, color, composition).

  • Real fluency with AI tools β€” not casual usage. You should be able to walk us through your stack and show real output. Including full AI-generated creatives from scratch.

  • Proficient in Premiere Pro / DaVinci + Photoshop / Figma (or equivalent).

  • Highly productive, organized, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.

  • Results-focused β€” you understand that creative exists to convert, not just to look good.

  • Full-time availability (or able to ramp to full-time within a few weeks).
