Junior Accountant

We're seeking an energetic Junior Accountant who can help us with our ongoing financial and accounting processes in our rapidly growing company. Working in a close knit team alongside our Head of Finance and our Controller, this role will be responsible for assisting with the full cycle accounting at Eventbase, along with maintaining various accounting functions such as accounts payable and accounts receivable.

We are looking for someone who is very hands-on, detail oriented, and can excel working in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. You must be a self-starter, organized, able to multitask, and handle deadlines. There will be a fair degree of administrative responsibilities which are critical to the company’s operations including: accounts payable, reconciling credit card transactions, and processing expense reports. Although this position involves a fair degree of administrative work, there will be career development opportunities for the right individual working directly with the Controller as the company continues to grow.

This is a full-time remote position, based in the Vancouver Lower Mainland/Fraser Valley area. Please note that we can only consider candidates who reside in Canada with valid working status.
