Client Relationship Coordinator

We are a growing industrial cleaning services company supporting a variety of industrial plant operations throughout the United States.

We are looking for someone who enjoys communication, relationship building, organization, and helping support customers in industrial environments.

This role is ideal for someone who is professional, organized, persistent without being pushy, and naturally good with people.

You will work closely with leadership, dispatch, operations, and customers to help maintain relationships, support customer communication, and keep accounts organized and engaged throughout the Southeast region.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Communicating with existing and prospective customers throughout the United States.

  • Following up with customers after service work is completed

  • Helping maintain long-term customer relationships and account continuity

  • Supporting outbound communication through phone calls, email, and customer follow-up

  • Tracking customer activity and communication inside Jobber CRM

  • Helping re-engage dormant accounts and maintain regular touchpoints

  • Coordinating with dispatch and operations teams regarding customer communication

  • Supporting marketing efforts and company visibility initiatives

  • Helping identify operational opportunities and customer needs over time

  • Maintaining professionalism and responsiveness with plant managers, operations leaders, and industrial customers

Technical & Remote Work Requirements

  • This is a fully remote position that requires a highly professional remote work environment.

Candidates must have:

  • Reliable high-speed internet capable of supporting uninterrupted voice and video communication

  • Backup internet redundancy in case of outages or interruptions

  • High-quality computer equipment and updated hardware

  • Professional headset and clear phone/audio quality

  • Quiet and professional home office environment

  • Strong comfort level working with remote systems, CRM software, email communication, and scheduling platforms

  • Ability to remain consistently reachable and responsive during working hours

  • This position is communication-heavy, and reliability is extremely important. We are looking for someone who takes pride in maintaining a professional remote setup and understands the importance of operational responsiveness.

  • This is not a boiler-room sales role.

  • This is not aggressive cold calling.

  • This is not a high-pressure commission environment.

  • This is not a heavily scripted sales position.

  • Experience in industrial services, customer coordination, dispatch, logistics, construction materials, field services, or account support is helpful but not required.
