Growth Marketing Manager

We're looking for a world-class Growth Marketing Manager to drive cross-channel growth for our clients as part of our Performance Marketing team.  You should be familiar with direct-to-consumer business models and confident in your ability to grow e-comm businesses using channels like Facebook, Instagram, Adwords, TikTok and Email.  You'll be running client meetings, working with campaign managers and designers, and running campaigns to help our clients scale their businesses at pace.  You'll be responsible for understanding client requirements, developing strategies, and managing execution throughout the engagement while working daily with clients and Fat Earth leadership.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee completion of paid media growth strategy for your clients

• Report on status with clients on a bi-weekly basis

• Develop strategies to drive growth per client business objectives

• Analyze and optimize cross-channel media spending around client needs, focusing on data-driven tactics

• Producing weekly or bi-weekly reports for our client account updates, recommendations and results

• Ownership of all client communication, questions, and concerns when requested

• Manage work and inputs from variety of stakeholders

• Manage dedicated Marketing Project Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree

• 3+ years of experience in B2C digital marketing

• Channel expertise in at least one channel (Facebook, Adwords, TikTok, etc.)

• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude

• Experience working with a team and delivering projects for clients

Compensation

• Total Cash Compensation: $80,000 - $150,000 per year (Salary + Performance Incentives)
