Why We’re Hiring
We’re entering a massive growth phase and need to build a best-in-class team to support it. We’re hiring across 10-20 critical roles this year — including executives, directors, managers, functional leaders, offshore operators, and more.
Historically, our founders and exec team have handled recruiting — but we’ve outgrown that. We’re looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition to own, systemize, and scale our hiring engine.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role — you’ll report directly to the COO and partner with every team to recruit, close, and retain elite talent.
What You’ll Own
This is a full-stack, hands-on recruiting leadership role. You will:
đź§ Talent Strategy
Translate our hiring roadmap into a clear recruiting pipeline and action plan
Define scorecards, interview structure, and role clarity alongside founders and execs
Track and report key hiring metrics (time to fill, pipeline health, source of hire, offer close rate, etc.)
🔍 Sourcing & Pipeline Generation
Proactively source top-tier DTC/eCommerce talent
Know how to identify and attract high performers from elite consumer brands or agencies
Build sourcing lists, warm outbound, and candidate nurturing campaigns
Develop creative strategies to reach passive candidates and sell the vision
🛠️ Systems & Process
Write compelling JDs and outbound messaging
Own our ATS (Workable) and improve processes across screening, interviewing, and closing
Build lightweight but powerful documentation (scorecards, templates, outreach flows)
Utilize the A-Method of Hiring and maintain consistency in hiring processes
Help coordinate offers, references, and onboarding handoffs
🤝 Leadership Partnership
Serve as the primary hiring partner to the CEO, COO, and team leads
Understand business priorities, hiring urgency, and team dynamics
Act as an advisor — not just a recruiter — on org design and team planning
Requirements
5–10+ years experience in recruiting or talent acquisition (agency + in-house both welcome)
Must have strong exposure to DTC/eCommerce brands (either as clients or in-house)
Proven ability to source, close, and manage pipelines for executives, operators, and offshore talent
You move fast, follow through, and never need babysitting
You love the chase — headhunting is second nature
You’re obsessed with quality and candidate experience
You’ve worked with lean teams and know how to build without bloat

10+ open roles in motion, fully organized with aligned scorecards
4–6 hires made across leadership, growth, and ops
Sourcing system and outreach flows documented and running
Founders and team leads feel confident, unblocked, and supported
