Role:

We're seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to join our team and play a crucial role in supporting our expanding operations.

Responsibilities:

HR Administration:

  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and access setup.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

  • Ensure all necessary paperwork, including employment contracts, and benefits enrolment, is completed in a timely manner.

  • Collaborate with relevant departments (IT, facilities, etc.) to ensure that all necessary equipment and access are prepared for new hires.

  • Assist with HR reports, leave management, performance reviews, and training coordination.

  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

Administration:

  • Manage office supplies and equipment.

  • Support management with various corporate matters (communication with partners, regulatory authorities, etc)

  • Coordinate office maintenance and mail correspondence.

  • Support team members with administrative tasks as needed.

  • Arrange business travel for employees.

  • Manage administrative expenses.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in HR administration or a related field.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Fluency in English and Russian

  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Experience in a fast-paced, startup environment is preferred.

  • Knowledge of UAE local labour, visa laws is preferred.
