Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Specialist. In this role, you will be the face and voice of our company, providing a top-notch experience for our customers, nurture leads and new customers, relay feedback to the team, and build meaningful relationships from afar.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. New Customers

    • Be the first point of contact for new leads and customers

    • Help them understand the value FreightSimple provides

    • Nurture new customers from their first shipment to becoming regular shippers

  2. Existing Customers

    • Check in with existing customers on a regular basis to ensure we are continuing to meet their needs

    • Identify and solve problems for customers

    • Communicate with our support, operations, and technical teams to advocate for customers

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal English skills.

  • Proven experience in sales roles, preferably over the phone.

  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.

  • Demonstrated patience and confidence when dealing with challenging situations.

  • High emotional intelligent, innate curiousity in others and a desire to help

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
