Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Specialist. In this role, you will be the face and voice of our company, providing a top-notch experience for our customers, nurture leads and new customers, relay feedback to the team, and build meaningful relationships from afar.
Key Responsibilities:
New Customers
Be the first point of contact for new leads and customers
Help them understand the value FreightSimple provides
Nurture new customers from their first shipment to becoming regular shippers
Existing Customers
Check in with existing customers on a regular basis to ensure we are continuing to meet their needs
Identify and solve problems for customers
Communicate with our support, operations, and technical teams to advocate for customers
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Excellent written and verbal English skills.
Proven experience in sales roles, preferably over the phone.
Strong problem-solving capabilities.
Demonstrated patience and confidence when dealing with challenging situations.
High emotional intelligent, innate curiousity in others and a desire to help
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
