Sales Development Representative (SDR)

RepSpert helps businesses remove unfair or misleading reviews that violate platform terms of service. Nearly every small business owner has been hit with fake or inappropriate negative reviews (often from competitors), and RepSpert helps them fight back.

This role will serve as the engine for new client acquisition. You’ll identify and target high-value prospects, reach out across multiple channels, and help move them from “curious” to “client.” You’ll also support Lexigate, RepSpert’s parent company, with outbound outreach focused on SEO services for law firms. But the bulk of your time will be focused on RepSpert’s core pay-per-removal offering.

Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Conduct omni-channel outreach (email, phone) to book meetings

  • Craft and send persuasive cold emails that get replies

  • Track all activity, communications, and statuses in the CRM

Lead Qualification & Conversion

  • Qualify leads to ensure alignment with RepSpert & Lexigate offerings

  • Follow up persistently to move leads through the pipeline

  • Close and sign up clients for RepSpert’s pay-per-removal services

  • Book meetings for Lexigate SEO services with decision-makers

Client Management & Cross Selling

  • Keep RepSpert customers apprised on the status of their review removals and billing activity

  • Answer client questions about status and progress

  • Keep organized client roster in Pipedrive (CRM)

  • Follow process to ensure all past clients are engaged on a (monthly or quarterly) basis to explore current service needs

  • Promote Lexigate SEO services to existing RepSpert clients

Qualifications

Required:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales development or outbound prospecting

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable with CRMs

  • Organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-through

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment

  • Ability to work US hours (Eastern Time)

Bonus (Not Required):

  • Experience in legal, reputation management, or SEO services

  • Knowledge of cold outreach strategy and A/B testing methods

  • Familiarity with tools like Pipedrive, HubSpot, or Zapier
