Digital Marketing Assistant

Fresh Prints is an NYC-based custom apparel brand. We find incredible students and give them training and support to build the business at their schools. We have 600+ students who will do $40+ million in sales over the next 12 months. 

You’ll be focused on the next $100 million. How do we create unique value propositions? How do we optimize the existing revenue channels and develop additional revenue channels? How do we usher in the next stage at Fresh Prints? 

Those are the questions the members of our cross-functional Growth Team work on every day. They do so not as developers, designers, or marketers but as entrepreneurs determined to drive the business forward. 

We are seeking a diligent and proactive Content Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and alignment of content that appears on our website. This role involves thorough QA checks on reviews, outreach for user-generated content (UGCs) and reviews, and ensuring all content aligns with our brand standards. The candidate will also apply basic SEO techniques to enhance our site’s visibility.

Responsibilities 

  • Conduct comprehensive QA checks on all reviews submitted to our website, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and adherence to brand guidelines.

  • Regularly evaluate site content to ensure it aligns with our brand identity and quality standards.

  • Proactively reach out to clients for UGCs and reviews using various communication channels, ensuring prompt and effective follow-up.

  • Develop and implement outreach strategies to maximize engagement and content collection from clients.Apply basic SEO techniques to enhance metadata, ensuring all content is optimized for search engines.

  • Monitor and update metadata to maintain and improve site visibility and search rankings.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as design, art, and content to align strategy with overall marketing and business objectives.

  • Report to our Chief of Staff

Requirements 

  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English

  • You're reliable and available - frequent access to phone and email

  • You have a good sense of what's trendy/cool

  • Strong time management & prioritization skills

  • Super detail-oriented and meticulous with work

  • Self-motivated and excited to work on different projects

  • Familiarity with SEO strategies

  • Basic knowledge of Google Sheet and MS Excel

Compensation & Benefits 

  • Monthly salary of $440 per month

Details 

  • This is a full remote position in the Philippines

  • Hours are Monday - Friday, 3:00PM to 12:00AM (PH)
