Senior Marketing Analyst

If the idea of rolling up your sleeves and building the framework and foundation for a successful marketing analytics org excites you, this role may be the perfect fit.  We’re looking for someone who deeply understands GTM strategy and can leverage data to tell compelling stories and empower stakeholders to make data driven decisions.  You will partner with marketers, data engineers, product managers, and other data science teams to execute on our company’s strategy to both grow and scale. Using a variety of analysis and data-science techniques, you’ll help stakeholders understand how Front’s leads and customers engage with us, identify opportunities for optimization, and measure the success of marketing initiatives.

What will you be doing?

  • Become a trusted strategic partner with the GTM organization by using data to deliver actionable insights which help address the business's biggest areas of opportunity

  • Design and build models to support attribution, funnel optimization, segmentation, lead scoring, lead potential, cost to acquire a customer, and more… 

  • Evangelize and drive adoption to the data products that you develop

  • Identify and measure the success of marketing efforts through forecasting, goal setting and monitoring key funnel metrics and conversion rates

What skills and experience do you need?

  • 5+ Years of Experience in Data Science or related fields

  • Proficiency in SQL and another data manipulation programming language (e.g Python, R)

  • Expertise at telling stories with data and familiarity with at least one visualization tool (e.g. Tableau, R-Shiny, Microstrategy, SAP Business Objects, Looker, etc.)

  • Understanding of attribution modeling with a focus on GTM / Top of Funnel

  • An understanding of the SaaS business model and key funnel metrics

  • Experience in lead and prospect segmentation and personalization efforts 

  • Experience driving projects or programs which have had proven impact on business strategy and performance through your analytics skills

  • Ability to craft analysis into well-written and persuasive content

Nice to haves:

  • 7+ Years of Experience in Data Science or related fields OR 5+ Years of experience in Data Science along with a post-graduate degree or equivalent in a related field

  • Experience utilizing causal inference for marketing measurement

  • Experience influencing functional leadership and above to adopt data solutions

  • An understanding of both self-serve and sales led motions 

  • Experience in applying statistical concepts (e.g. regressions, A/B tests, clustering, probability) to business problems

Individual compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, training, and market conditions. At Front, we take a market-based approach to pay. In addition to cash compensation (base salary, which may include commissions or overtime pay where applicable), Fronteers are eligible to receive equity in the company. Zone 2: USD $151,000 - $184,000

Zone 3: USD $143,000 - $174,000
