Intro

We are looking for a Senior People Operations Manager to work on all HR functions outside of recruitment at FRVR. This role is critical in building and scaling our people processes, ensuring compliance, and fostering a great work environment for our global team. You will work together with our Head of People and Culture to drive over HR operations, from employee experience and benefits to performance management, HR policies, and compliance.

This is a high-impact, autonomous role that requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a bias for action, and can build scalable HR solutions while keeping FRVR’s culture strong.

 

Challenges & Responsibilities

Employee Experience & Culture

  • Build and enhance employee engagement strategies to foster a high-performing, inclusive culture

  • Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and Head of people & Culture on HR policies and best practices

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Optimize HR processes, systems, and policies to ensure efficiency and compliance

  • Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and ensure accurate data reporting

  • Ensure legal compliance with labor laws across different geographies where FRVR operates

  • Develop and maintain employee handbooks, HR policies, and internal documentation

Compensation & Benefits

  • Oversee global compensation, benefits, and perks to ensure competitiveness and fairness

  • Partner with finance a on payroll, equity, and benefits administration

  • Continuously assess and improve benefits programs to attract and retain top talent

Performance & Development

  • Implement and manage performance review cycles, career frameworks, and employee growth programs

  • Collaborate on development and learning initiatives that support business objectives

  • Provide support for managers to optimize team performance and employee success

HR Strategy & Process Automation

  • Drive continuous improvement and automation in HR processes to increase efficiency

  • Leverage AI and data-driven insights to optimize HR decision-making and employee satisfaction

  • Help drive HR initiatives that align with FRVR's fast-paced, innovation-driven environment

We are looking for someone with:

  • Experience managing compensation, equity, and benefits programs across multiple regions

  • Experience working in gaming, entertainment, or digital-first companies

  • Familiarity with AI tools and automation in HR processes

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in People Operations/HR (non-recruitment focus), preferably in a tech, gaming, or fast-paced startup environment

  • Proven ability to work autonomously, and drive HR initiatives independently

  • Deep knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance across multiple geographies

  • Strong expertise in HRIS, benefits administration, payroll coordination, and performance management

  • Experience with HR process automation, AI-driven HR solutions, and data-driven decision-making

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels

  • Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced, and remote-friendly environment
