HubSpot Specialist
About The Company
We’re working with a fast-growing revenue and growth consultancy that’s redefining how B2B companies scale. They partner with ambitious businesses to transform sales, marketing, and customer success functions — combining strategy, systems, and advanced AI tooling to unlock growth.
In under a year, they’ve achieved HubSpot Diamond Partner status — a testament to their sharp execution, problem-solving mindset, and relentless focus on the customer.
The business is lean, collaborative, and fully remote — with a team spanning Australia and Asia-Pacific. No corporate red tape. No egos. Just curious, switched-on people who value ownership, outcomes, and making things better.
If you’re passionate about HubSpot, automation, and smart execution — and want to shape something meaningful from the inside — this team is worth a look.
The Role
As their HubSpot Specialist, you’ll be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and optimising the HubSpot platform across Marketing, Sales, Service, CMS, and Operations Hubs. You’ll work closely with clients to ensure they fully leverage HubSpot’s capabilities to achieve their business goals, while also training and supporting them to maximise adoption and impact.
You’ll bridge technical expertise with strategic insight — configuring integrations, building automated workflows, managing CRM governance, and turning data into actionable recommendations. Your work will directly influence client success, retention, and growth.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Implementing and configuring HubSpot for new clients, ensuring seamless integration with their existing systems.
Optimising HubSpot usage across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs to drive measurable business outcomes.
Conducting online training sessions to educate clients on HubSpot features and best practices.
Building and optimising marketing workflows, lead scoring, landing pages, and email campaigns.
Configuring sales pipelines, deal stages, automation, and playbooks to boost sales efficiency.
Implementing ticketing systems, knowledge bases, and customer service automation.
Managing HubSpot integrations with third-party tools such as Salesforce, Slack, and Zoom.
Analysing client data and creating dashboards to deliver insights and performance improvements.
Providing ongoing support, documentation, and HubSpot best practice guidance to clients and internal teams.
What You Won’t Be Doing
Low-Value Admin: Our offshore team handles the repetitive tasks, freeing you to focus on strategy, optimisation, and client enablement.
One-Size-Fits-All Setups: Every client has unique needs — we configure and optimise HubSpot for maximum fit and value.
Rigid Playbooks: You’ll adapt solutions to changing client goals, tools, and market conditions.
Goals for the First Year
Within 3 Months: Confidently lead client onboarding and HubSpot configuration, ensuring early adoption and identifying quick wins.
Within 6 Months: Optimise workflows, dashboards, and automations across multiple clients; establish yourself as a go-to HubSpot expert internally and externally.
By Year’s End: Be recognised as a strategic driver of CRM performance, retention, and upsell opportunities, with the potential to progress into a CRM Lead role.
This Role is a Great Fit if You…
Have 3+ years’ experience implementing, maintaining, and optimising HubSpot across multiple hubs.
Enjoy delivering training sessions, building client relationships, and becoming a trusted advisor.
Are comfortable managing integrations, workflows, and automation at both technical and strategic levels.
Can translate business needs into scalable HubSpot solutions that deliver measurable results.
Thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment where ownership and initiative are valued.
This Won’t Be the Right Role if You…
Prefer rigid processes and highly structured corporate environments.
Struggle with managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Avoid proactive problem-solving or technical troubleshooting.
Need constant step-by-step guidance rather than taking ownership.
What We’re Looking For
Proven HubSpot implementation experience in an agency or consultancy environment.
Strong understanding of HubSpot’s features, including automation, reporting, and integrations.
Excellent communication skills and confidence in delivering client training.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into strategic actions.
Experience with online training tools such as Zoom and Google Meet.
Ability to manage multiple client projects while delivering exceptional results.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive base salary plus 5% commission on identified upsell opportunities.
100% remote, flexible hours — productivity matters most.
Exposure to innovative CRM strategies, AI-first initiatives, and diverse client industries.
Ongoing training, mentorship, and the opportunity to grow into a CRM Lead or Client Success Manager role.
