Enterprise Sales Development Representative
This role can be performed remotely anywhere within the United States.

Reporting to the Global Director of Sales Development, you will focus on building pipeline and qualified opportunities in a global territory.
To excel in this job, you will bring your exceptional research skills and ability to translate industry knowledge into easily understandable information. With these skills, you will be able to effectively communicate with your audience.
This role will be dynamic as you work with our technology partners team and leadership to test new messaging and uncover net-new pipeline streams. The pace of Fullstory is fast and the landscape we’re playing in is ever-changing. We’re looking for someone who thrive when challenged and will find creative ways to introduce customers to our new products.
In a typical day, you might:
Research and pre-qualify prospective customers.
Identify decision-makers and key influencers within your campaign list.
Systematically call and email prospects to discover sales opportunities and drive conversation.
Gain commitment from prospects to learn more about Fullstory
Collaborate with your team and manager to uncover new leads
Gain the experience to work with cutting edge sales technology including Qualified, Loom, Outreach and Salesforce (SFDC).
Here's what we're looking for:
1+ year of experience working in a sales development role in the SaaS industry.
Familiarity with Partner Ecosystems (Channel, MSP, ISV, ect.)
Experience handling inbound leads and initiating cold outreach to prospective customers. (e.g. senior executives)
A track record of handling multiple projects and competing tasks/priorities.
The impact you will have in 6 months:
Establish unique understanding of assigned account patch for strategic prospecting efforts.
Utilizing critical thinking skills to generate qualified pipeline from top strategic regional accounts.
The impact you will have in 12 months:
Develop best-in-class strategic sales skills including the critical outbound prospecting efforts.
The base salary for this position is $60,000 USD. In addition to the base salary, this role has an OTE of $92,000 USD based on attainment of quota and performance targets.
