Job Summary
As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in expanding our network by onboarding new properties and retreat leaders onto our platform. This role involves actively engaging with potential clients, presenting the unique value proposition of Sacred Ohms, and ensuring a smooth and aligned integration of new members into our community. We are seeking a new team member with proven sales experience who is looking for hands-on experience in a digital startup environment with a dynamic and mission-driven team.
Key Responsibilities
Effectively communicate the benefits of joining the Sacred Ohms platform, tailored to the specific needs and aspirations of each prospective member
Identify property owners and retreat leaders who align with our mission and values
Guide new members through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups with potential clients
Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies and approaches based on feedback and experiences
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategy and growth of Sacred Ohms
Conduct reference checks of all prospective members, and maintain detailed records
Assist in responding to incoming inquiries as needed
Assist in customer service as needed
Qualifications
Proven sales experience
Customer service experience is not required but is preferable
Consistent availability between 9:00am PST - 5:00pm PST M-F
High level of spoken and written English and Spanish
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail
Proficiency in using lead generation tools and software
Proficiency in using a CRM (and can not only use it, but can help improve upon its design, flow, organization, and effectiveness as a tool)
Ability to quickly become proficient in new technology (GoHighLevel, Slack, etc.)
Strong interest in sustainability, spirituality, and the retreat industry
Position Type: Full-time, independent contractor
Location: Remote (LatAm)
Duration: 40 hours per week
Hours: 9:00am PST - 5:00pm PST
