On-demand Outbound Lead Generation Strategist

Responsibilities

  • Create and deliver outbound lead generation strategies for Galactic Fed.

  • Oversee in-house growth and digital marketing campaigns end-to-end, including but not limited to: email marketing, LinkedIn InMail, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn ads, RFP applications, by providing strategic guidance and strategy proposals, executing them, and measuring success rate in generating leads.

  • Support our business development director through creating a streamlined process that will help maintain and nurture lead referral partnerships.

  • Build brand awareness to reach target enterprise and boost visibility to convert them into a client

  • Test and reach new markets to put the Galactic Fed products and services in front of new markets who might not be aware of what we have to offer.

  • Collaborate with our lead generation partners to align on the overall growth marketing and/or demand generation strategy to bring in qualified leads and an increased overall close rate.

  • Create a system for testing and evaluating the success of our lead generation partners and build out additional reliable and predictable lead generation channels and test out new partners to provide a steady stream of leads.

  • Conduct marketing attribution analysis that will help connect marketing efforts to our ROI and CLV.

  • Research and vet request for proposals (RFPs) channels to test and optimize our process in applying for RFPs to help increase customer acquisition.

  • Provide regular (weekly, biweekly, monthly) CRM performance metrics and conversion status reporting to sales, marketing, and executive leadership.

  • Utilize HubSpot and CRM tools to determine the best way to follow up with potential clients that will drive conversion, and take advantage of these tools to enhance marketing automation reach and impact.

  • Maximize our existing email database to launch effective email marketing campaigns that will improve our intro call rates.

Work Schedule:

  • Working hours must overlap with EST business hours (9am – 5pm EST) for at least five hours each day. We expect team members, especially client-facing, to be available 9am – 5pm EST (New York Time).

Role’s Ultimate Goal:

  • Increase the demand and conversions for Galactic Fed as a company (not for clients). See KPIs below for the metrics.

Role Overview:

  • This role involves collaborating with lead generation partners, optimizing lead generation, supporting business development, overseeing marketing campaigns, analyzing marketing performance, improving RFP processes, providing reporting, leveraging CRM tools, and enhancing email marketing efforts.

    The candidate should be scrappy, data-driven, willing to get their hands dirty with outreach and social posting, and able to think beyond the obvious marketing channels.

KPIs:

  • Increased number of client leads

    • Prior to the intro / qualification call

  • Increased number of opportunities

    • An opportunity is when we have had an intro call with a prospect and qualified them as a fit to continue the sales process.

  • Optimized tracking and analysis of key metrics (i.e. cost intro call, cost per closed client), and reporting system

Note:

  • This is the KPI for the role which will help the candidate understand what exactly we will be looking at to assess their performance. There could be a lot of KPIs but limited it to these two to clearly define what we want to see 3 to 6 months in the role.

Requirements

  • Must speak and write fluent English (native proficiency preferred)

  • Experience running successful outbound campaigns using LinkedIn InMail, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outbound email tools such as Apollo

  • Expertise in HubSpot and CRM tools is a requirement

  • Bonus, nice to have: experience researching and applying to RFPs

  • Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently, demonstrating resourcefulness and strong project management capabilities

  • Experience with implementing and measuring B2B outbound lead generation and/or B2B demand generation campaigns

  • Exemplary analytical skills to identify measurable success metrics such as cost per client, cost per form submitted etc.

  • Creative skills to define a roadmap of growth marketing and/or demand generation strategies to test

  • Strong organizational skill that demonstrates ability to effectively prioritize and multitask on a daily basis

  • Top-level awareness to oversee all campaigns and be able to pinpoint and provide solutions to overcome challenges

  • Excellent communication skills that showcase effective interpersonal abilities to build lasting relationships and manage partnerships

  • Ability to interface with all levels of management, clients, and peers

  • Candidate must be able to commit to hyper-growth and to a long-term work engagement, must be gritty, must be emotionally intelligent, and must be an A-player.
