Key responsibilities:

  • Analyze data, draw meaningful conclusions, and generate actionable insights.

  • Identify opportunities to drive customer value based on actual behaviors through different channels and prioritize them.

  • Scaling and automating the Growth process Review customer personas, patterns, and casual analysis to assist in understanding customer’s behavior.

  • Boost the conversion rates between the full funnel segments by bringing in creative Ideas to boost the KPIs.

  • Work on enhancing sales funnel conversion rates, increase loyalty and retention KPIs.

  • Improve utilization of analytical tools across the growth Department.

  • Work with team members to understand data requirements and objectives, resulting in successful data analytics/reporting deliverables.

  • Analyze and report on critical performance metrics.

  • Design, track, and enhance the customer journey using the proper
    tools.

  • Choosing, setting, and prioritizing growth goals for the company.

  • Identifying growth opportunities for the company.

  • Ensuring that resources inside and outside the business improve
    growth.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related role, and in the start-up
    space


Essential Skills:

  • Expertise in marketing, online strategies, user experience, and business development.

  • Data-Driven and Data-geek.

  • Professional experience in A/B testing and Data-Analytics.

  • Previous experience in In-app analytics and Marketing technologies automation.

  • High proficiency in SQL and (R or Python).

  • A proven record in CRM flow creation and automation tools (Braze, MoEngage, Web Engage)

  • High proficiency in behavioral analytics tools (Amplitude, Hotjar, etc.)

  • Basic understanding of business financials, ROI, and profitability concepts. Experience in data visualization tools (Data Studio, etc.)

  • Solid problem-solving and critical thinking skills paired with strong analytical capabilities.

  • A portfolio of successful growth implementations and interventions.

  • Quick learner who can collect, organize, analyze, and communicate data and information.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, good presentation, and persuasion skills
