Business Development Executive (Polish Market)

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to drive new business growth and expand GetResponse’s presence in the polish market. You will manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting to closing – in a dynamic, global SaaS environment. Success in this role is measured by achieving your sales targets and proactively managing your sales pipeline.

Main Tasks:

  • actively generate and manage a pipeline of high-value prospects aligned with GetResponse’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)

  • engage potential clients through a mix of cold-calling, personalized emails, and LinkedIn networking. Qualify inbound leads and convert them into active sales opportunities  

  • conduct thorough discovery calls using methodologies such as MEDDPICC or BANT to identify client needs, pain points, and budget

  • lead negotiations, present value propositions, and close new business agreements

  • develop deep product expertise to effectively communicate GetResponse’s features, benefits, and competitive advantages

  • maintain accurate CRM data and provide regular updates on pipeline status and sales activity 

  • act as a company representative during industry events and conferences 

  • continuously improve sales skills and stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices  

Requirements

  • minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or software sales

  • proven track record of closing deals and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Polish proficiency (near-native level) in both spoken and written communication

  • English proficiency (B2 level) in both spoken and written communication

  • ability to manage multiple opportunities independently and drive full sales cycles  

  • strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives

Salary range:  

  • Contract of Employment: 7 500 - 9 000 PLN gross monthly + monthly sales commission

  • B2B contract: 400-525 PLN net/man-day + monthly sales commission
