Customer Success Advisor (English and Polish)

In this role, you’ll play a key part in helping our valued clients achieve their business goals by addressing their inquiries and resolving issues through chat and email.

You’d be working according to schedule, from Monday till Sunday (5 days a week) in 8-hour shifts that start from 7 AM and finish at 7 PM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inquiries and educate customers on our products via chat and email

  • Troubleshoot problems for customers including technical aspects of web applications, automations, and integrations

  • Coordinate solutions with IT and management

  • Help customers build successful businesses by translating technical concepts into simple language

  • Handle onboarding calls with customers

You May Be the Perfect Fit If You

  • Have excellent language skills in English and Polish (at least C1 level); any additional language such as Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, German, French, or Russian would be an asset

  • Possess online marketing acumen and basic understanding of how web applications work (e.g., APIs, integrations, data flow)

  • Are open to new experiences and ready to acquire new information quickly

  • Feel comfortable navigating new tools, systems, and technical concepts

  • Are naturally curious and enjoy digging into problems to understand how things work

  • Can easily handle a number of interactions at the same time

  • Have superior verbal and written communication skills and are ready to master your speed-typing skill

  • Are an outgoing “people person” with an upbeat attitude

  • Are ready for speaking with a customer over the phone/via Teams call

Salary Range

  • Contract of employment: 6,000 – 8,000 PLN gross

  • Commission paid upon reaching goals

  • Additional bonus for weekend work
