Paid Media Specialist

Grantify is on the lookout for a dynamic Paid Media Specialist to help lead the strategic direction and execution of our paid media efforts. As Paid Advertising becomes an even bigger part of our marketing strategy, particularly with our expansion into the US, this role is key to driving our growth. Working closely with our Marketing Manager Vinnie, you’ll use your deep expertise in paid media to craft, execute, and optimise campaigns across various platforms, ensuring they align with business objectives and fuel our success.
Your mission
As the Paid Media Specialist, you’ll:
Strategy Development: Create and lead comprehensive paid marketing strategies across multiple platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn etc.).
Cross-Channel Campaigns: Oversee the integration of Paid Media campaigns with broader marketing efforts such as SEO, email, and content.
Budget Responsibilities: Collaborate with the wider marketing team on the Paid Media budget.
Creative Growth Campaigns: Develop and implement creative ad strategies focused on growth and lead generation, ensuring campaigns are aligned with sales objectives and designed to convert prospects into customers.
Advanced Analytics & Reporting: Use advanced analytics tools to track performance, optimise campaigns, and deliver insights based on key metrics such as ROAS, CPL, and other KPIs.
Vendor/Partner Management: Maintain strong relationships with ad platforms and third-party tools.
Innovation & Testing: Stay ahead of the curve by exploring new ad platforms and emerging technologies to keep Grantify at the forefront of paid media innovation.

Who You Are
You’re passionate about paid media and driven by results. You have:
Extensive experience managing large-scale, multi-channel paid media campaigns with high budgets.
Advanced analytical skills, including proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and attribution models.
The ability to think strategically, crafting long-term paid media strategies that align with business goals.
A strong track record in managing significant ad spend efficiently to maximise ROI.
Deep knowledge of major ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) and associated tools.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, reporting to senior leadership and collaborating across departments to align paid media with broader marketing initiatives.
Your Background
Proven track record in paid media management, leading large-scale campaigns across various platforms.
Demonstrated ability to develop innovative, growth-focused ad creatives that drive lead generation and sales rather than just clicks or brand awareness.
Expertise in analytics and reporting, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Experience in managing budgets, agencies, and external partners, with a focus on driving performance.
