Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to own and execute our social media strategy across key platforms. You will be responsible for growing brand awareness, engagement, and credibility while aligning content with our performance marketing goals. This role is ideal for someone who understands both content and analytics and can translate strategy into consistent, high-quality execution.

Key Responsibilities

-Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives

-Manage and grow company social media accounts across relevant platforms (e.g. Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)

-Plan, create, and schedule engaging content, including posts, short-form videos, and promotional campaigns

-Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding

-Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and optimize content for reach, engagement, and conversions

-Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices

-Engage with the audience through comments, messages, and community management

-Ensure all content complies with brand guidelines and industry standards

Required Qualifications

-Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in fintech, trading, or digital marketing

-Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and content formats

-Experience with social media management and analytics tools

-Creative mindset combined with a data-driven approach

-Excellent written communication skills in English

-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment

-Strong organizational and time-management skills
