Role Overview

We are looking for a high-performing Growth Marketing Manager to take full ownership of both the organic social presence and the paid performance marketing for two distinct brands in the name change space. You will be responsible for the "Art" (content creation and TikTok strategy) and the "Science" (technical ad management, bidding, and data analysis). This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to move away from the "agency" model and drive real profit.

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Marketing & Ad Ops (The Science)

  • Ad Management: Full ownership of Meta and TikTok Ads Manager. Manage ad delivery, bidding strategies (Manual/Cost-Caps vs. Auto), and budget scaling.

  • A/B Testing: Execute a rigorous testing roadmap for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to constantly lower CPA.

  • Data Analysis: Perform deep-dive analysis into account performance. Monitor ROAS, MER, and attribution to ensure profitable growth.

2. Social Media & Content Production (The Art)

  • Content Strategy: Develop and manage separate content calendars for both of our online brands (in the US and Europe).

  • TikTok & Reels Production: End-to-end production of 3–5 high-quality short-form videos per week for each brand (scripting, filming, and editing).

  • Trend Spotting: Actively "newsjack" TikTok/Social trends relevant to legal name changes, identity, and life milestones.

  • Cross-Platform Growth: Repurpose winning TikTok content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.

  • Influencer/UGC Coordination: Identify and outreach to micro-influencers to generate authentic UGC for both organic and paid use.

3. Engagement & Reporting

  • Community Engagement: Manage daily interactions, comments, and DMs to build brand authority.

  • Performance Reporting: Provide weekly reports on growth metrics (follower growth, engagement) and paid metrics (spend, CPA, revenue).

Requirements

  • Proven Experience: 2+ years managing Meta/TikTok Ads with a focus on e-commerce or direct-response.

  • Editing Skills: Expert in CapCut or Adobe Premiere; ability to produce "lo-fi" high-converting social content.

  • Technical Literacy: Experience with Shopify, GA4, and Meta Conversions API/Pixel tracking.

  • Multi-Tasker: Proven ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously without losing focus on detail.
