Community & Social Growth Strategist

What you’ll do

Social & Content Execution

  • Own the daily social media and Community output across X (Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, and Discord

  • Turn long‑form narratives (blog posts, explainers, research, founder content) into threads, memes, shorts, and carousels that feel native to each channel

  • Maintain a consistent content calendar aligned with product launches, trading competitions, campaigns, and community events

  • Embed Grvt into relevant cultural, market, and meme trends through timely, channel‑native content that drives relevance and reach

  • Collaborate with Design to brief and iterate on social creatives and lightweight visuals

Community Management

  • Keep Telegram and Discord active, helpful, and on‑brand through daily conversation, moderation, and support

  • Answer common product and campaign questions, escalating issues to Product, Ops, or Support when needed

  • Plan and host community touchpoints: AMAs, community calls, contest announcements, winners recaps, and event summaries

  • Partner with BD and KOL / Ambassadors teams to make sure partner content lands well in our core community channels

Listening, Insights & Feedback Loops

  • Monitor sentiment and conversations across X, Telegram, Discord, and other relevant spaces

  • Track recurring questions, objections, and ideas and turn them into structured insights for Marketing, Product, and BD

  • Experiment with formats, hooks, and posting times, and share what works (and what does not) with the team

  • Identify and nurture power users, advocates, creators, and potential mods

Collaboration & Operations

  • Work closely with the Content & Communications Lead to bring Grvt’s narrative and product roadmap to life on social

  • Collaborate with the Campaigns owner to support referral pushes, trading events, and growth experiments

  • Maintain clear, lightweight documentation for channel guidelines, tone‑of‑voice examples, and recurring playbooks

Impact & Outcomes

  • Drive consistent growth in followers and engaged community members across owned channels

  • Increase engagement and participation in key campaigns, AMAs, and trading events

  • Turn community and social insights into concrete changes in messaging, product, and campaigns

What we’re looking for

Must‑Have

  • 3+ years managing Web3 communities and Socials (Discord, Telegram, Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok)

  • Powerful Web3 native storyteller with proven ability to turn complex or technical topics into simple, engaging content (threads, memes, shorts, carousels)

  • Self-driven, adaptable, and thrives in fast-paced, asynchronous startup environments.

  • Native-level English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Data‑informed: you regularly look at metrics (reach, engagement, retention, participation) and adjust what you ship

Nice‑to‑Have

  • Built Ambassador programs and community campaigns from scratch.

  • Past experience in an early‑stage startup or exchange environment

  • Ability to produce simple assets yourself (basic design tools, simple video editing, or motion)

  • Familiarity with DeFi, blockchain, and on-chain financial primitives (or strong curiosity and ability to ramp up quickly)
