Full-Cycle Account Executive

About the Role

Hardal is your new measurement analytics stack with server-side, first-party, and privacy-focused.

As a Full-cycle Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle — from the first outreach to a live client on Hardal. You won't hand off to anyone. You prospect, qualify, demo, close, and stay through onboarding until the client sees value.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage your own outbound pipeline targeting mid-market and enterprise brands in Turkey

  • Run discovery calls, product demos, and commercial negotiations end-to-end

  • Own the proposal and contract process without waiting for hand-holding

  • Work directly with the founding team to sharpen messaging and positioning based on real sales conversations

  • Represent Hardal at industry events, meetups, and in the Turkish martech ecosystem

  • Manage client relationships through onboarding until successful activation

  • Feed market intelligence back into the product and growth teams

  • Hit and report against a clear revenue target every month

If your last role was generating pipeline for someone else to close, this isn't for you.

Requirements for Success:

  • Proven track record of closing enterprise B2B deals. (you can name the contracts, the values, the cycle lengths)

  • Deep familiarity with the Turkish digital marketing and martech landscape

  • Comfortable navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving CMOs, CTOs, and procurement

  • Basic understanding of martech, analytics, or data infrastructure (you don't need to be a developer, but you can't be lost in a technical conversation)

  • High-agency mindset - you don't wait for leads to show up, you generate them

  • Excellent Turkish and strong English (written and spoken)
