Senior Growth & Creative Strategist (DTC E-Commerce)

About Us

We are a fast-growing health and wellness e-commerce brand focused on helping patients support recovery before and after surgery.

We are looking for a strategic marketer who can help us unlock growth through better creative, messaging, customer insights, offers, and landing pages.

This is not a traditional media buying role.

We already run Meta and Google advertising. We are looking for someone who can identify what to test next, why it should work, and how to turn customer insights into winning campaigns.

What You'll Own

  • Develop new customer acquisition angles and messaging

  • Analyze ad performance and identify winning themes

  • Create creative testing roadmaps

  • Write creative briefs for creators and editors

  • Develop landing page hypotheses and funnel recommendations

  • Conduct customer and competitor research

  • Identify new audience segments and buying motivations

  • Work closely with media buyers, creators, editors, and leadership

  • Build repeatable systems for creative testing and iteration

What Success Looks Like

Within your first 90 days:

  • Launch a structured creative testing framework

  • Develop multiple new acquisition angles

  • Create a prioritized landing page testing roadmap

  • Identify key customer segments and messaging opportunities

  • Improve creative velocity and testing output

  • Generate clear insights that influence acquisition strategy

Requirements

  • 3+ years in DTC e-commerce growth, creative strategy, or performance marketing

  • Experience working with Meta advertising and paid acquisition funnels

  • Strong understanding of customer psychology and direct response marketing

  • Experience developing creative concepts and testing frameworks

  • Experience analyzing landing pages and conversion funnels

  • Strong analytical and communication skills

  • Ability to translate data into actionable creative and growth initiatives

Bonus Points

  • Supplement, health, wellness, or healthcare experience

  • Experience working with subscription brands

  • Experience with advertorials and long-form landing pages

  • Experience managing creators or UGC workflows

  • Experience supporting brands between $1M and $20M annual revenue

We are not looking for someone who simply launches campaigns.

We are looking for someone who can answer questions such as:

  • Why are customers buying?

  • What objections are preventing conversion?

  • What should we test next?

  • Which audience should we target?

  • Which landing page should support this angle?

  • How can we create more winning creative concepts?
