Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative with expertise in HubSpot to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, the ability to manage customer inquiries effectively, and a proven track record of using HubSpot tools for customer interactions. Fluency in English is essential, and experience working in an international or startup environment is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support:

    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and calls, providing accurate and comprehensive information.

    • Use HubSpot tools to track, manage, and document customer interactions efficiently.

  • Issue Resolution:

    • Identify and troubleshoot technical and non-technical customer issues, ensuring timely resolution.

    • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary and follow up to ensure resolution.

  • Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

    • Use CRM data to proactively identify customer needs and recommend solutions.

  • HubSpot Expertise:

    • Utilize HubSpot CRM, ticketing, and support tools to manage and track customer support activities.

    • Stay updated on HubSpot features and best practices to enhance customer service delivery.

  • Collaboration:

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and technical support, to improve the customer experience.

    • Provide feedback from customers to relevant departments for product and service improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:2+ years of customer service or support experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.

  • HubSpot Proficiency:Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM and support tools is required.

  • Language Skills:Fluent in English (additional language proficiency is a plus).

  • Communication Skills:Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Problem-solving Abilities:Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address customer needs effectively.

  • Adaptability:Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
