People Specialist

THE ROLE 

We are looking for a driven People Specialist who can help us shape our HR department. Reporting directly to the COO and CEO you will be leading HR initiatives, as well as being a super user of our HRIS and ATS systems.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • HR administration: Maintain and update our HR system (Bizneo) as a superuser, making sure all employee documents are updated and organized.

  • Employee well - being: Work on onboarding and equipment delivery of all employees, as well as carrying quarterly check - ins, making sure employees have a good experience at the company.

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with payroll and tax regulations collaborating closely with our external consultants. Update payroll accordingly and stay informed on best practices and legal requirements.

  • Recruitment: You will be the first point of contact of external candidates, leading HR interviews and making sure candidates have a great experience interviewing at Hellotickets. You will have to collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to stay updated on job requirements, update job descriptions and manage our ATS (Teamtailor).

  • Team buildings: Help organize our yearly all company trip, as well as quarterly team meetings, being a key contributor on our company culture.

What you need to succeed:

  • Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish

  • +2 years of HR experience

  • Experience with HRIS and ATS (experience with Bizneo and Teamtailor is a plus)

  • Start up experience navigating through a rapid growth stage

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills

  • You’re an empathetic, self-reflective leader, able to communicate and understand a diverse group of employees.
