Remote Pharmaceutical Sales Representative (Native English)

Hess Consultancy Services is seeking a disciplined and high-performing Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to support B2B sales across the US wellness and healthcare market.

This is a fully remote, international contractor position. We are looking for experienced sales professionals globally who have excellent English proficiency and the ability to work during US business hours.

Role Overview

  • Position: Pharmaceutical Sales Representative (International Contractor)

  • Location: 100% Remote (Global)

  • Schedule: Full-time availability required

  • Market: B2B US Market (Wellness clinics, med spas, healthcare providers)

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound B2B sales calls to US-based wellness clinics and medical practices.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from cold outreach to pipeline management.

  • Represent a portfolio of high-demand products including Compounded Medications (503A/503B), GLP-1s, Peptides, and Hormone Therapies.

Compensation

  • Base Rate: $8.00 USD / Hour

  • Commission: Uncapped, performance-based commissions

  • Training: Paid product and process training provided

  • Growth: High earning potential with opportunities for long-term advancement

Requirements

  • English Proficiency: C1 (Advanced) or Native-level English is preferred. Clear verbal communication is required.

  • Sales Experience: Proven experience in cold calling and B2B sales is required. Background in pharma, med spa, or wellness sales is a strong plus.

  • Availability: Must be available to work during US Business Hours (typically EST or CST time zones).

  • Technical: Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace are mandatory.
