Project Manager, Telemedicine

About the Role:

We are looking for a Project Manager who will oversee project and product launches across all service lines at Hims & Hers. The Project Manager will work closely with teams across the company, including Product, Operations, Customer Experience, and Medical Affairs, to ensure that projects and product launches meet deadlines and reflect the needs of various stakeholders. The Project Manager will be creative, dedicated, and motivated, be passionate about healthcare, and love solving problems. 

You Will: 

  • Execute on clinical implementations including, digital product building and testing, and provider training and communication

  • Lead project initiatives by ensuring critical business issues and medical compliance are addressed in project decisions; drive process changes based on stakeholder feedback; and ensure high-quality project deliverables

  • Engage in and influence key strategic initiatives and product launches with attention to detail and the ability to “see around the corners” to solve potential operational problems before they arise

  • Proactively identify opportunities for business improvement based on quantitative feedback and KPIs

  • Collaborate closely with a broad set of cross-functional partners to prioritize projects and work streams in order to hit milestones

  • Drive stakeholder alignment through crucial conversations, using their expertise to balance provider, customer, and business priorities

  • Develop and promote processes to facilitate streamlined work for the teams and cross-functionally

You Have: 

  • 5+ years of work experience in project or product management or operations, preferably in a health care setting

  • Experience working cross-functionally with executive stakeholders and external partners

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written & verbal: Confidently and clearly know what, when, and how to get a message across

  • Self-starter attitude and ability to work independently

  • Presentation and analytical skills: Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Suite, and able to learn our other platforms

  • Technical aptitude: Experience or ability to learn programs including but not limited to Looker, Zapier, JIRA, Lucidchart

Outlined below is a reasonable estimate of H&H’s compensation range for this role.  

H&H also offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSU’s) so that H&H employees own a piece of our company.

The actual amount will take into account a range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and location.

Consult with your Recruiter during any potential screening to determine a more targeted range based on the job-related factors. We don’t ever want the pay range to act as a deterrent from you applying! 

An estimate of the current salary range for US-based employees is

$75,000—$150,000 USD
