About the Role

We are hiring for our Client Project Bionic, who is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Project Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work directly with clients and internal creative teams to drive execution of social media content (organic/paid media), marketing collateral, and campaign deliverables.

Your focus will be to ensure seamless communication, on-time delivery, and alignment with client goals—working closely with the creative team and account management team on execution of deliverables for clients. 

This is a high-ownership role that requires excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills. You'll serve as the central link between account teams and cross-functional teams, helping translate vision into actionable plans and exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple marketing and creative projects from creative brief to delivery

  • Act as the primary liaison between account and paid teams and creative, ensuring goals and expectations are clearly defined and met

  • Coordinate deliverables across creative, social, and account teams

  • Monitor timelines, budgets, and project scopes to ensure efficiency and profitability

  • Help enhance and evolve the client experience through proactive communication and problem-solving

  • Support the development of staffing company brands through effective storytelling and design project management

  • Maintain clear and organized documentation across platforms such as Asana or Notion

Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management experience, ideally within a marketing or creative agency

  • Proven ability to manage multiple client and team relationships with deliverables in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in project management tools like Notion, Asana, Trello, or similar

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills—you keep projects moving and details tight

  • Clear communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfort working independently and collaboratively across departments and time zones

  • Familiarity with social media content workflows, video production processes, and digital marketing best practices

  • Experience delivering both organic and paid social media projects is a plus

  • Strong computer literacy (Google Workspace, project tracking tools, cloud file management)

  • Analytical mindset with an eye for detail and process optimization

  • Flexibility, humility, and a desire to grow—this is a dynamic team that values curiosity and initiative
