Affiliate Success Specialist

Since 2018, we have helped thousands of travelers by providing global internet to more than 200 worldwide destinations.

About the Position:

Holafly has a fantastic Affiliate Program which allows us to partner up with a variety of third-parties, and establish a long-term, performance-based partnership with them. Your main responsibility will be to manage these internal and external stakeholders, like; bloggers, media groups, hotels, and airlines, etc. A key element of the role will be to ensure growth in our global  markets by spearheading new business opportunities and ideas.

Responsibilities:

  • Grow and optimize existing affiliate collaborations, establishing successful and long-term partnerships

  • Analyse and define market and global strategies to ensure channel growth

  • Review the use of budget across the channel and manage profitability and performance targets.

  • Evaluating new business development opportunities, including analyzing potential markets, assessing client needs, and identifying competitors advantages and weaknesses

  • Support and advise affiliates in the creation of their content with a focus on SEO

  • Monitoring and analyzing market trends and competitor activity

  • Creating recommendation packs and briefs for affiliate account managers to execute with their partners or markets

Requirements:

  • Experience working with one or more of these markets: English / French / Italian / Portuguese /German / Arabic / Spanish languages are a bonus

  • Fluent English

  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or Business Administration is preferred

  • SEO knowledge and experience in the use of tools such as Ahrefs (desirable)

  • Technical or technological certifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Solution-focused

  • Experience in data analysis through different tools (Excel, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Optimize...) which are our best allies. SQL and BigQuery is a plus

  • Strong project and time management skills

  • Dynamic, proactive, and ambitious

  • Proven record in creating and nurturing strategic, revenue-driving partnerships across global markets
