Social Media & Brand Partnerships Manager

Known for our popular sports bottles on Amazon, we’re expanding our direct-to-consumer presence and are on the lookout for a strategic, driven, and creative Social Media & Brand Partnerships Manager to lead our digital presence. This role is designed for someone experienced in social media management, partnerships, and content strategy, eager to own and grow our online brand presence.
Role Overview
As the Social Media & Brand Partnerships Manager, you will lead Hydracy’s social media strategy, influencer collaborations, ambassador programs, partnerships, and content planning. You’ll bring our brand to life across social channels with content that captivates, while identifying and managing relationships with influencers and ambassadors to drive brand growth. This is a strategic, hands-on role with opportunities to shape how Hydracy connects with and inspires its audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Content Management: Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.), focusing on growth, engagement, and brand loyalty.
Content Creation & Curation: Oversee and create on-brand, engaging content, including UGC-style videos, tutorials, product highlights, and trend-based content.
Influencer & Ambassador Partnerships: Identify, build, and manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify our reach and foster an engaged community.
Brand Partnerships: Seek and manage partnerships with complementary brands, aligning content and campaigns to drive mutual value.
Trend Spotting & Content Ideation: Stay on top of social media trends, researching emerging formats, sounds, and viral content to keep our brand relevant.
Data-Driven Performance Optimization: Track and analyze content performance, adjusting strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
Requirements for the Role
Proven Social Media & Brand Experience: Prior experience managing social media, influencer partnerships, and digital content for a brand.
Strong Communication & Relationship-Building Skills: Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills to work with both internal teams and external partners.
Content Creation Skills: Basic proficiency in creating and editing engaging content, with a portfolio or examples of successful social media campaigns.
Analytical Mindset: Data-driven approach to content strategy, with familiarity in A/B testing and social media analytics.
Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and current social trends, with a track record of growing brand accounts.
Experience:
Social Media Management of 7 or 8 figures consumer brand: 2+ years
Brand Partnerships: 1 year (Preferred)
