Join a leading UK performance-marketing agency running two fast-growing brands—one focused on scalable paid media for e-commerce and service businesses, and the other specializing in local lead generation for home-improvement and trade clients. With over 10 years of trusted client partnerships and bold growth plans to double revenue within 24 months, this agency is built on ownership, reliability, and proactive problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, optimise, and scale multiple Google Ads accounts for e-commerce and lead-gen clients.

  • Maintain strong performance against CPA, ROAS, and conversion targets.

  • Audit accounts regularly to identify new growth opportunities.

  • Lead client calls, presenting actionable insights and clear performance updates.

  • Implement effective funnel strategies to improve lead quality and conversion efficiency.

  • Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot GA4 tracking and GTM tags to ensure accurate attribution.

  • Collaborate with the internal creative and strategy teams to enhance campaign performance.

  • Proactively recommend process improvements and contribute to the agency’s growth strategy.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on Google Ads management (agency experience strongly preferred).

  • Proven expertise in lead-generation and e-commerce campaigns.

  • Proficiency in GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM), including event tracking and conversion setup.

  • Strong data interpretation and analytical reporting skills.

  • Excellent spoken and written English; confident presenting to clients.

  • Ability to juggle multiple accounts independently and maintain consistent quality.

  • Reliable internet connection and availability for UK business-hour overlap (4–5 hours daily).

  • Personality fit: proactive, detail-oriented, transparent, and driven to improve systems and processes.
