Clinical Strategy and Operations Manager
Included Health is a new kind of healthcare company, delivering integrated virtual care and navigation. We’re on a mission to raise the standard of healthcare for everyone. We break down barriers to provide high-quality care for every person in every community — no matter where they are in their health journey or what type of care they need, from acute to chronic, behavioral to physical. We offer our members care guidance, advocacy, and access to personalized virtual and in-person care for everyday and urgent care, primary care, behavioral health, and specialty care. You should be able to creatively problem solve, and also be a connection point between many different clinical services. You should be comfortable taking ownership of a complex problem and have a desire to proactively collaborate with leadership. You will develop a deep understanding of how our business operates, and identify ways we can improve. This role is an individual contributor.
Adding horsepower to the strategy and operations of our clinical teams. Supporting new program development, service line transformation, and broad project management.

Project manage new service launches by ensuring all work streams are being completed in a timely manner, and we’re anticipating blocks
Lead the operational transition of our navigation team to a new EHR
