Account Manager

About the role

We’re a fast-moving lead generation agency, and we’re looking for an Account Manager to own client relationships. You’ll be the face our clients see most, guiding them through onboarding, running their recurring check-ins, and making sure everything they’re owed actually gets done by the rest of our team.

This is a high-trust, high-freedom role. We don’t micromanage. You’ll have a lot of flexibility in how you run your day and your accounts. We need someone who is responsive, organized, and takes ownership.

What you’ll do

  • Onboard new clients: run kickoff calls, gather everything we need to launch, set clear expectations, and get them off to a smooth start. (This is the most important part of the job and where we need the most help)

  • Run client syncs: weekly or biweekly calls to review performance, talk through ideas, and keep the relationship strong.

  • Turn ideas into todos: capture client ideas and requests, translate them into clear tasks, and hand them off to our campaign managers so the work gets done.

  • Stay on top of delivery: track what’s owed to each client and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.

What we’re looking for

  • Strong, clear communicator: comfortable and confident on live client calls

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; you keep your own systems tidy (for most systems we use Google Sheets and Clickup)

  • Responsive and reliable: clients and teammates can count on you

  • Bonus: experience in agencies, marketing, or client-facing account management
