Project Manager / Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst with hands-on experience in content management and QA. You will play a key role in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing CMS-related workflows, and ensuring seamless content delivery across web and mobile platforms. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with marketing, branding, product, and engineering stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and ensure the successful execution of content updates and technical improvements. You’ll also support testing and QA for new CMS features, track issues, and create actionable JIRA tickets for development and product teams.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, or Content Operations.

• Experience working with CMS platforms and managing digital content workflows.

• Familiarity with QA and testing processes for web or mobile applications.

• Experience creating and maintaining JIRA tickets or similar project tracking tools.

• Strong attention to detail and high level of proactivity.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Comfortable working independently and across diverse teams.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Strong English communication skills - Minimum B2 level proficiency
